At SOS Primates, we use two main ways to send uniforms and equipment donated by Barcelona Zoo to primate rehabilitation centers and other wildlife rescue projects. We either ship large deliveries through courier companies or rely on travelers who are heading to those destinations.

Often these travelers are volunteers, aid workers, or people visiting the region, even if their professions are not directly related to animals.

If this sounds like you and you are travelling this summer to Africa, Asia or Latin America, please contact us. You could include a small but valuable contribution for primates and other animals in your luggage.

In the photos, you can see volunteers from SOS Primates and Barcelona Zoo preparing materials for transport, a caretaker from @Libassa Wildlife Sanctuary in Liberia working with part of the equipment, and staff from CRPL, Lwiro Primates.
