We didn’t want to let International Women’s Day end without thanking all the women working on projects at SOS Primates, Lwiro Primates and many other conservation projects for their drive and tireless work. We also want to recognise many economies around the world, such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, in which women carry out the majority of the most difficult jobs, as well as taking care of their children.
Within our organisation women make up the vast majority of our volunteers, allowing us to carry out a huge amount of excellent work.
