Attention! Harsh images.

Binasera shows in this video an aberrant behavior, which is product of the trauma of being alone and isolated in this tiny cage for 1 year, without any contact, and after losing her mother to the hunters. When she arrived at the CRPL, Lwiro Primates it took her one hour to get out of the transport box and, as you can see, she felt safer on the ground (she had been used to it) without any contact, not even a blanket. After 4 days of care at the CRPL, she has already accepted the blanket and, little by little, she is allowing some contact. We will keep you updated.

SOS Primates is one of the organizations that makes these miracles possible. If you want to help us in our fight, sponsor a chimpanzee for 5 euros/month or become a teamer for 1 euro/month.
