The 1st of Sep­tem­ber was the Inter­na­tio­nal Pri­ma­te Day (IPD)! The vast majo­rity of pri­ma­te spe­cies are under threat of extin­ction, some of them immi­nently. From SOS Pri­ma­tes we do our bit to help the CRPL, Lwi­ro Pri­ma­tes, which in addi­tion to hou­sing about 100 chim­pan­zees, has 109 other pri­ma­tes of 13 spe­cies of monkeys.
