The centre supported by SOS Primates during 2025 through the campaign “This Year We Collaborate With…” is the Jaguar Rescue Center (JRC), located in the Limón region of Costa Rica. Established in 2008, it is an organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need. With exceptional commitment and care, JRC rescues and rehabilitates injured, sick, or orphaned animals and releases those that have fully recovered back into their natural habitat. Through educational and community outreach work, the center raises environmental awareness and promotes harmonious coexistence with native wildlife, encouraging the local community to protect our fragile ecosystems. The center works closely with three of the four primate species found in Costa Rica. You can learn more about their incredible work at:

You can now request tickets for the upcoming April raffle, as the donations raised will go toward supporting this center, which has rescued, rehabilitated, and released primates such as Shaky, a spider monkey who was released into Tortuguero National Park once he had fully recovered.
