Today we would like to show our gra­ti­tu­de to Kar­la Perru­que­ria Cani­na busi­ness for their cha­ri­ta­ble money­box from our pro­gram of cha­ri­ta­ble collec­tion boxes for SOS Pri­ma­tes. The dog groo­mer Kar­la offers pro­fes­sio­nal dog groo­ming and hygie­ne ser­vi­ces to our life part­ners. In addi­tion, they offer coun­se­lling and food pro­ducts and sup­ple­ments. The esta­blish­ment is loca­ted in La Bis­bal de l’Em­por­dà and you can learn more about their labour through the IG page and the pho­ne num­ber can be found in one of the pic­tu­res. Thanks to Karla’s team for their soli­da­rity with pri­ma­tes from LPRC, Lwi­ro Pri­ma­tes, at the DR Con­go, which hou­ses orphans such as Garam­ba, who left us a whi­le back but arri­ved in the­se horri­ble con­di­tions, and we would not want to fail to pay tri­bu­te to him by sha­ring his story, Garam­ba was an orphan, ali­ke the other resi­dents of the cen­tre, as he lost his mother on the hands of poachers.
