On #inter­na­tio­nal­pri­ma­te­day, we want to sha­re a claim and a dream. All spe­cies are impor­tant. Although some are more media­tic, like chim­pan­zees (in the pho­to Azi­za, from the CRPL, Lwi­ro Pri­ma­tes) and gori­llas. All of them deser­ve our atten­tion and protection.

They all have names, like the owl mon­key in the pho­to, Muzu­ri from the CRPL, and the bono­bo Ndji­li, from Lola ya Bono­bo Friends of Bono­bos, a bono­bo reha­bi­li­ta­tion cen­tre in DR Con­go.
