On the Inter­na­tio­nal Day of Hugs, we’d like to announ­ce that we have sent the Pri­ma­te Reha­bi­li­ta­tion Cen­tre of Lwi­ro (CRPL), Lwi­ro Pri­ma­tes, 12,741.85 euros collec­ted in 2021. This dona­tion will help fund the cen­tre for its expen­ses in food for the more than 200 orpha­ned pri­ma­tes that it fos­ters, inclu­ding tiny babies that still feed on for­mu­la milk, which, as you already know, is very expensive.

With our SOS­li­dary calen­dar cam­paign, we could collect 2,077.34 euros for the Lola ya Bono­bo Sanc­tuary, Friends of Bono­bos.

It was a rough year, but we gave it 110% wor­king on mul­ti­ple tasks, coor­di­na­ting teams, atten­ding fairs, mai­ling out calen­dars, orga­ni­sing raf­fles and lot­tery draws, dis­tri­bu­ting hand­craf­ted goods, t‑shirt cam­paigns, anony­mous con­tri­bu­tions, tea­ming, spon­sorships, web, piggy banks, fairs, posters, soli­dary trans­port with zero ship­ping cost, and many other things…

Every sin­gle one of you that helps us is impor­tant. A total of 14,819.19 euros to help the pri­ma­tes of DR Congo.
