New baby chimps were res­cued and taken to CRPL, Lwi­ro Pri­ma­tes. Five offs­pring have arri­ved during this year, to make up a total of 113 chimps in the cen­ter, besi­des 105 pri­ma­tes of other spe­cies. It’s get­ting alar­ming. One of the chimps was very brui­sed. We’ll keep you infor­med about its health.
