Today we celebrated Chimpanzee World Day at the Barcelona Zoo and the Zoo Aquarium of Madrid, where we gave out information about our work to help primate recovery centers in Africa.

It was a fruitful day, in which many people came near our stand. We’d like to highlight one of them: Aitana. At only 12 years old, she has a great interest in chimps. She’s an example of dedication. Certainly, she has a bright future in primate conservation.

Of course, we’d also like to thank our volunteers, our greatest treasures.

Those who cooperated in Madrid: Carla and Marisa and also also those who helped from the organization: María, Jesús, Natalia, and Almu.

Those who worked in Barcelona: Nuria, Estel, David, Anna, and Aurora.

Lastly, we want to acknowledge all the institutions that opened their doors. Thank you dearly for your enthusiasm, attention, and support of our cause.

The donations gathered today are destined to aid orphan primates in the CRPL, in Democratic Republic of Congo.

THANK YOU!
