Today we’d like to thank two people who are very immersed in animal protection, Mònica Martín and Xavier Gallego, from Sant Feliu de Guíxols in Girona. They help us with diverse activities, like piggy banks and SOS Primates markets ( they are in Vilablareix some weekends a month).

As you can see they are really creative: they made us artificial roses from EVA rubber and disposable cans, that were distributed in Sant Jordi. Aren’t they beautiful?

Mònica is one of the individuals that have helped and taken action for many years in Catalunya for animals in different areas ( native fauna rehabilitation, rescuing and adoption of domestic and exotic fauna previously abandoned), and we are delighted to have her and Xavi on our team.

The donations gathered are destined for the nourishment expenses of the orphan primates that live in the CRPL, Lwiro Primates, in the DRCongo, like ‘Eddy’, in the photo, that has been tied to a chain for so long that bruises were produced on his waist.

If you’d like to follow their example, you already have some options to take action. In case of any doubt contact us at info@sosprimates.org

Thank you, colleagues!
