This Satur­day, we’re thri­lled to invi­te you to the 1st Batec Ani­ma­lis­ta in Sants, a vibrant ani­mal pro­tec­tion fair orga­ni­zed by Som­Nia pels ani­mals, in the heart of Pla­za de Sants, Barcelona.

Get ready for a day pac­ked with exci­ting acti­vi­ties! From enga­ging workshops and enligh­te­ning talks to a heart­war­ming dog adop­tion para­de, there’s something for everyone.

SOS Pri­ma­tes will be the­re with a stand, sha­ring vital infor­ma­tion and collec­ting dona­tions to sup­port the Lwi­ro Pri­ma­te Reha­bi­li­ta­tion Cen­ter in the Demo­cra­tic Repu­blic of Congo.

Your con­tri­bu­tions will help care for orpha­ned pri­ma­tes like Kin­du, who, as you can see in the pho­to, have been vic­tims of bush­meat consumption.


We’ll also have beau­ti­ful crafts made in Con­go, a fun raf­fle, and calendars.
